33rd Pan America Taekwondo Championship, hosted by Grand Master Kun Yoo Park, was held in Rochester, MN. on April 10, 2010.

The 2010 Can-Am Games were held April 24, 2010 at the University of Manitoba's Investor's Group Athletic Centre. Hosted by Grand Master Joo Won Kang, 2010 marked the tournament's 34th year.
